crazy gorge drive down to castleton sammy wandering the streets of castleton Right! On a role! Bit shorter but thought I'd share, before I get into NZ holiday. Sam and I went up to Manchester, Sam had mentioned he would like to head up there and then there was the Rugby League World Cup thing happening which he also mentioned, so I thought I'd do a wee bit of surprising and get tickets hahaha. I'd never been to a rugby game before and what a game to pick. I felt sorry for them. Anyway, It was nice to get out of town for a bit, and especially nice to be around some greenery and rolling hills too. We drove up on the Friday night, halfway, then carried on through an amazing national park and through 'Hope Valley' in the morning, it was all foggy and cliffy and pretty pretty. To celebrate my friend Georges birthday a few weeks ago, she arranged a wee trip to Amsterdam! George and I caught the Eurostar over, while her friend Nicola caught the train from France and our friend Kate flew over from London. From the get go we were disorganised as hell, with both me and George being late to the train (still made it obvs) and Georges phone going flat, but luckily we bumped into each other walking around St Pancras station haha.
