alana goes away

No family, I haven't dropped off the planet, I've just been terribly busy. A proper, proper, Alana-long-winded-proper update will come shortly. I went to Bruges, now there's a pretty story waiting to happen. So yeh! Once again, I have not forgotten.

It was the summer holidays, and I had alot going on so haven't been on here in a very loh-ho-hong time. Good to see some people are still looking even when it has been boring as heck with my non updates, lack of new travelling etc. Recap- Worked tons, the parental units went away so had the children in London for a couple weeks. Actually really fun as I'm lucky enough to love my job, but tiring nonetheless. Went down to St. Mawes again, man that place is awesome. Went to St. Mawes down in Cornwall the other week for a few days, with work. Got the train again, I think it might be my new favourite way to travel. I don't know, actually, it's like something I'd like to do in my spare time? Train riding through the country? Maybe I just miss going through actual country side with real fields and stuff, aye London. Even though I do love you quite a bit. Didn't get up to a hell of alot, I mean there's not a heck of alot of people down there. Which is nice. Except! It was a church camp called Focus. I went. It was awesome. Now, I didn't actually go to any of the praying/worshipping/jesus/god seminars or talks or groups, as I was looking after the children, but during the 3 hours they were in their school group and I had free time and pretty much just wandered around reading and sitting in the sun and drinking coffees and taking photos.
