Last 2 days in Koh Chang

The 'ham' in my ham sammy

Second last day in Koh Chang, Sam gets up early to go on an elephant trek, and gets to swim with them too. I sleep in, sit on the beach and read and just do nothing much at all. When Sam gets back looking chuffed, we head off for that waterfall that we missed out on the day before. There is a walk, less than a km, but it's thin and slippery and rocky, but beautiful all the same. At the end of the track you have to walk through the water to get to a rocky sitting spot where you can jump off and swim around, and a rope to help you get out cos it's quite slippery. The water is nice and cold here, the coldest I've felt since being here, and it's so refreshing I don't wanna get out. Specially after the hot walk. Sam goes right up to where the waterfall drops, and it takes you floating out to the lil swimming spot. We spend the afternoon there and just when we are leaving it starts to rain, but we manage to get past it and it looks like its already rained in the town bit. We get into our room and the sky quickly darkens and it starts pouring. We only leave the room again to go get a random feed of all the random things at the mini mart we can find, and yuuuum its so random and cheap and there are so many different things to choose from. Up the next morning to have a last swim in the ocean, then packing up and off to the ferry then the bus back to Bangkok. The bus stops at Mo Chit station, and there are 4 lines to wait in for taxis, which takes for-ev-er, but finally we get one and go to our place on Kao Sahn road. We were talking to a guy at the train station before we got the bus back to Bangkok and he said it should be about 100b to get to where we wanted to go, and he was exactly right. Huh. Good guess?
